The Golden Wind Zen Center’s activities fall into three areas. Click on any of the sub-menu links here for more detail about these activities.

Weekend practice, which includes seated meditation, chanting, and Dharma talks.

Weeknight practice, which includes seated meditation and Dharma talks.

Weekday morning seated meditation.

Introductory talks. These are scheduled twice monthly through our Meetup page.

Retreats. These are scheduled occasionally throughout the year.

Please refer to the Monthly Calendar for current information on activities at the Center.

Please wear comfortable clothing such as T-shirts, loose-fitting long pants and socks. (Shoes are not worn.) In cooler weather, you might also bring a sweater. Muted tones are preferred.
